This is what happens when a 3-and-a-half-year-old helps herself to the digital camera, accidentally puts it in video mode, and gets creative, unsupervised and unbeknownst to any of the adults in the house. 39 little clips of 1-3 seconds each (about 2 minutes total, so be patient, it’s a bigger file than most videos around here). Found later, thoroughly enjoyed, and stitched together for your enjoyment. Thanks, Lola. You’re really great.

I think she shows great potential as a film maker–terrific choice of characters (Sid, Cina, Tasty); perhaps a bit egocentric (lots of Lola), a passion for the surreal (weird shots of dolls and a messy shoe closet!). However, all in all, I’m sure she make us all proud!
i’m ready for my closeup mr. de mille…i mean ms tiar!!
Completely awesome. I kept expecting a “Hey, Lola, what are you doing with the camera” moment, but I guess you said you found it later, huh? I wonder where my camera is right now…
Pure Cinéma Vérité! I especially loved the macabre sight of the baby doll head under the wheel.
I expect to hear great things of cinematographer Lola some day.
